Originally from Amritsar, Mr. Satya Dev Tandon moved to Muzaffarnagar with a clear vision: a sugar trade network that was transparent and built to last. In 1940 he founded Sharda Sugar Company, which grew into a cornerstone of the sugar industry in western Uttar Pradesh, connecting mills, traders and industries across India.
Today the business is led by Mr. Puneet Tandon, the founder's grandson, and Mrs. Anshu Tandon, who have modernised operations while preserving the ethics the company was built on.
As the business moves beyond its traditional identity, that record carries into its next chapter: the same accountability customers have relied on for generations, running on modern systems, under a new name — Orenvo Logistics.
